Any financial institution or financial company to which Applicant and/or Co-Applicant (or Seller or broker on behalf of Applicant) may apply for financing on the Boat described above is hereby authorized to investigate the credit history of Applicant and/or Co-Applicant.
In connection with this credit application or any subsequent credit update or credit renewal, any proposed credit-granting party (creditor) may request a consumer report concerning the Applicant and/or Co-Applicant. The Applicant and/or Co-Applicant may ask whether the creditor obtained such a consumer report. If such report has been obtained, the Applicant and/or Co-Applicant may request the name and address of the consumer reporting agency which provided the consumer report to the creditor.
YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE: (1) 2 YEARS OF 1040 FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURNS WITH SUPPORTING SCHEDULES. (2) 2 YEARS CORPORATE TAX RETURNS IF SELF-EMPLOYED. (3) COPY OF BOAT PURCHASE AGREEMENT. (4) ANY DOCUMENTS OR STATEMENTS EXPLAINING A UNIQUE OR SPECIAL SITUATION.
